Overnight Campout with Scouts from Butler/Warren Counties

Friday, September 28 Check-In Begins 5:30p.m.

Saturday, September 29 Ends around Noon 

What will you do?  Friday evening will be a campfire featuring skits and songs.  Saturday morning will include breakfast, followed by games & other fun field activities for the kids.  Plus, New Leader Essentials training will also be provided Saturday for all parents who are new leaders in their pack and for parents who are interested in learning more about Scouting. 

Families from our pack will camp together in a designated area.  We will caravan from the church parking lot or meet up at Ft. Ancient during check-in, depending on when you are available to depart Monroe on Friday.  Check-in begins at 5:30, but you may arrive and set up your tents any time before dark.

What is needed? Please bring appropriate clothing, sleeping gear for 1 night, and tent(s) for your family unless other arrangements have been made with your pack.  Food is on your own for Friday night.  Wear either shoes or boots, please no sandals.   

COST

$8.00 for Scouts, includes patch, training, Sunday breakfast and program.

$6.00 for each other family member (youth and adult)
